I seem to average one train trip a year.

Not picking up a car this time though. And of course, it’s running late, which could make for some fun connections later.

That’s pretty much the only time I travel by train as well. To either buy a car, or drop one of mine off at some fancy pants garage. Where are you heading?

Up north by my standards- Manchester to fly to Hamburg for a work related thing.

There’s a dealership in Virginia which offers 5% off invoice for factory -ordered Wranglers. I really hope to take Amtrak there in a year or two, will make for a nice train ride.

There’s also one with the same deal just two hours from here, but where’s the fun in that? Certainly no train will take me there.

I just have to figure out how to rationalize a second Wrangler.

What's a taahhraeeinuhhhh? Is that like an airplane that goes really slow and is attached to the ground? I joke because of how pitiful most trains are in the US. Especially here in Socal. I actually love trains and have taken the train here before. Freight trains having right of way everywhere is probably the most inconvenient thing.
